Under 10k miles for under $25k? NP all the way, even with the slushbox. Not necessarily what I would get if I had $25,000 to spend, though.

I know this sounds like a bit of a stretch, but I'm willing to bet that's my dad's old car. Same color combos/options (I think- don't remember the interior too well, it was a while ago), fairly close to us, and the mileage sounds about right. It's a hell of a car and it sounds fantastic, but riding in that thing, I hated it's transmission. It wasn't horrendous, but it didn't fit the rest of the car. Kind of sluggish between gear changes.
